to Mr. Dresden - what is currently the biggest problem in your life?

to Murphy - aside from yourself, who is your daughter's best friend?
The Writer They Call Tay: Dresden: Harry and Murphyawanderingbard on July 29th, 2008 03:24 am (UTC)
What is currently the biggest problem in your life?
Harry: Just one problem? I don't do one problem. I do many problems that escalate into big, massive, have-their-own-zipcode sized problems. If I had to pick just one...Money. Money is always a problem. Wizards don't get a regular paycheck. Unless your a warden, which, fact it, will only happen on the other side of the apocalypse. I should have learned a trade. But who really needs food, anyway?

Aside from yourself, who is your daughter's best friend?
Murphy: Anna's best-friend is Megan, I think. She lives down the street from Anna's father's house. I wouldn't say they were...what's the term...'BFFs'? Anna is sort of a loner. She does her own thing. But Megan's who she hangs around with the most. I guess her step-mom would count, too. She does all the girly stuff that I don't know how to do. Manicures and hairdos and stuff. She's not a bad lady, I guess. Even if she is blonde.

Dresden - okay, is there anything that rivals money in terms of being a big problem? and is it possible to grow accustomed to having all the problems be zip-code-sized?

Murphy - I heard a rumour...is your name "Connie Karrin Murphy"?

Okay, is there anything that rivals money in terms of being a big problem? and is it possible to grow accustomed to having all the problems be zip-code-sized?
Harry: Well, there's things that try to kill me, Morgan watching every move I make, the Council hoping I'll trip up so they can behead me...if fact, if you think about, it's a miracle I'm still alive. And you can get accustomed to anything really. If you can live on Spaghetti-O's and Coke for half a year, you can get use to anything.

I heard a rumour...is your name "Connie Karrin Murphy"?
Murphy: Harry once told me you should never give out your full name. I never know if he's serious, but just in case...no comment.

For your Bob:

1. What's the most interesting thing you've seen in all the years you've been in existence?

2. If and when you become corporeal, what would be the very first thing you do?

3. Why the ascot?

1. What's the most interesting thing you've seen in all the years you've been in existence?
Bob: When I was alive, the only transportation available was a horse or ass or, of course, one's feet. Since my death there have been many advancements, but the most awe-inspiring for me was the first vehicle to land on the moon. I had never even dreamed of such a feat and now it is almost common place.

2. If and when you become corporeal, what would be the very first thing you do?
Bob: Give Harry a very sound slap on the head to make up for all the times I wish I could and was unable to do so. I suppose I should like to eat, as well. Perhaps something with chocolate in it. I understand it's quite good.

3. Why the ascot?
Bob: Just because mankind has decided to go back to barbarian clothing does not mean that I need follow, child. I still take pride in my appearance, even if others do not. An ascot is dignified. It served me well from the late 18th century right up to the 1960's. It make yet make a return.

A question for Fay Dresden:
*Ahem* <3
What do you want to be when you grow up?
The Writer They Call Tay: Dresden: wizard wizardingawanderingbard on July 31st, 2008 10:46 pm (UTC)
Fay: I don't know for sure. There's lot of things to be and I like to pretend to be all sorts of things. My favourite is a princess, but Bob says that you can't be hired as a princess, you gots to be born one or marry a prince. He says I can't be a fish either, even though everyone says you can be whatever you want to be when you grow-up. Daddy says that I already am a princess. If I can't be a princess, I could be a wizard like Daddy or a cop like Murphy, so I could help people. I like to colour things too. Is there a job for colouring things? I'd like that.
